Can not upload video

Hi all
When I log in as user and i want to upload my vids it said: Fatal error: Unable to read 7939 bytes in /home/spooky/public_html/vshare/upload.php on line 0
What does this line of code means?.

You need to upload all files in binary mode

If you upload in ASCI mode, you will get the above error message.

Solution is reupload everything in BINARY MODE.

I've uploaded everthing in Binaries. I can see everything and everythings works except for the video upload. I got that error messsage. I still have that error. Can any one help me out with this?.
