half of the video duration is gone

I have a problem with the video that have duration 19 minutes and 57 seconds;
after uploaded to my youtube clone website, the video just play in 12 minutes
and 46 seconds. that's mean, half of the video duration is gone.

Please help me to figure it out!

I have the same problem- any video over about 5 minutes will not play to the end! Plays 3-4 minutes then stops. Duration is not shown on the detail below the video either.

I changed hosting thinking it was a server issue, but it's the same problem. Upgraded to 2.5- same.

Anybody know whats wrong?
