Help with installing

I think i may need to install some extra things to my server in order for everything to work okay. Problem is i dont know what or how. I have a phpinfo on my server for someone to check.. i dont know what im looking for.

Videos wont upload, i get this error:

[ERROR: 1] The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini

Also i had to disable the security code image because it wasnt showing on sign up page.

In your phpinfo shows

upload_max_filesize 2M

That is maximum file upload size is 2 MB.

Also your phpinfo do not have ffmpeg-php installed.

Thats what i'm having problems with, i know what i need to install but have no idea how to install them. Can anyone help or advise me what to do?
