Installer Not Working

I just bought the software. I have hosting at cirtex hosting. Their tech support told me that all the server requirements per your instructions is correct. I changed the permissions to 777 on the directories and files that are needed. When I try to execute /install/ all I get is a blank screen. Nothing happens.

There will be some problem with your php configuration. Make sure you have made the php.ini settings as per

Also check the web server error log. What is the site url ?
