Video thumbs on Google Search

I am now seeing video thumbnails on the right side of the Google search results. Is there anyway to have thumbs of the videos on our video sites begin appearing in Google and other SE search results?

Yes, if you submit a "Video" Google Sitemap it will help and you will start seeing your thumbnails showing in search especially when searching from google video.
