I did an addon domain from my hosting company with a new domain. As of now my new site folder is in my old domain. For example my new site is in /public_html/olddomain/newdomainfolder. I put in the addon domain in cPanel that my new domain will use the latter path.

When I pay the domain removal do i enter my old domain...because technically its really on there..or do I put the new domain that it points to?
When turning on the uploader..should I enter my old domain or new domain? I don't think it propograted already anyway..don't know if that has anything to do with anything either.
