Are you not getting the same response when importing videos in th admin panel? "Video Already in Process Queue"

Hmm I done a test from admin end and get:
Video already processed or in process queue.

From the user frontend it works a treat...............

Looks like as others have said some thing going on.........

FYI: Admin has responded to the problem in the Bug Report section...

Youtube have changed its code, we are working on finiding a way to get flv url.

Try importing video on http://www.mktube.com and report if you find any bug with youtube import.
