    Default SECURITY CODE not generating during sign-up.

    I've got a number of prospective new subscribers who can't sign-up because when the 'security code' is required it does not generate in the image holder on the sign-up module. Am I doing something wrong? How can I fix this problem?

    Please make sure about all the vshare requirements are properly installed on your server
