Channel thumbnail

I tried to change the channel thumbnail in the admin panel but it won`t update. I used a thumnail that has been created for a clip. Has anyone experienced this ? Is there any other way to change the channel thumbnails? i thought it is done automatic ...

You need the Change the attributes of the file CHIMG and all it's content to 777. This should do the trick....

Porkd I channged the permission on Chimg folder and all the contents in it , but it still does not want to listen :D the thumbnail won`t change , I even replaced the channel images in the CHIMG folder but they still show the same image for the channels ... any suggestions ?
