How do You Change The Number Of Videos Displayed On Index

I just bought the template http://www.vshareskins.com/ and I was wondering if anyone can tell me how I can modify the template to change the number of videos displayed like the template

Do you need more videos on home page ? You can add in admin area

We stopped including the index.tpl file in our skins due to version compatibility. Our demo runs off of 2.4 coding.
