Help! Fatal Error on Index.php File

Fatal error: Unable to read 2684 bytes in /home/mmafigh/public_html/index.php on line 0

I made a change to this page (just a minor one; the adsense publisher id) and then uploaded it and replaced the one on the server. Now my home page won't show up, but all the other pages still do: http://www.mma-fight-videos.com/recent/ .

Any ideas? I even tried downloading that template / theme again and replacing the file with an original version and that still doesn't work.

You need to upload files in BINARY MODE
