video 100MB

Hi,
Im planing a site dedicated to animation films and Id like to decrease the 100MB to 10MB - actually Id like videos not to be longer then 1 minute.
Can someone help me with it?

Have you tried a forum search? It has to do with .htaccess mostly...but do a forum search, I'm *sure* this has been addressed a bunch of times already.
