Rotating Thumbnails - How do you do that?

Does anyone know or can figure out how to do Rotating Thumbnails of videos when you hover mouse over the video.
It's a pretty cool affect that more and more VS sites are using.

I imagine it's a matter of a simple javascript.

Vshare does create 3 thumbnails of videos already, we just need to have the code to go through the Jpegs when mouse over.
