problems when uploading video

Hey all,

i seem to be running into trouble when uploading the video, it gives no errors on the webpage but when i view the /var/log/apache2/error.log i get the following error:

If you wish to use libavformat muxing, you must ensure that your video stream
does not contain B frames (out of order decoding) and specify:
-lavfopts i_certify_that_my_video_stream_does_not_use_b_fram es
on the command line.
REMEMBER: MEncoder's libavformat muxing is presently broken and will generate
INCORRECT files in the presence of B frames. Moreover, due to bugs MPlayer
will play these INCORRECT files as if nothing were wrong!

1 is the java one and the 2nd one it says my video contains b streams and that mplayer will play these incorrect files. however it doesnt play at all...hope someone can help me out.

So i build a new server Debian this time instead of ubuntu followed the wiki etc...

and still i get:

i can upload and i can get the frames to be generated to the front page. But still i cannot play the movies and there are no recent folders etc.. created please help.
