help thumbnail

hi i have installed the last version of vshare, it's all ok but i have a problem with the thumbnail creation. i have read all post but i cant resolve.

with the avi file the thumbnail is work fine but with some file (no all) wmv and mpg the thumb not appear...
i have tryed to convert file with mlencoder and ffmpeg it's always the same( include--->setting--->video_conversion.php)

for who is interesting i have resolved

the problem is the name of the file to upload i explain:
if the name file is 1.avi evryting ok the thumb appair, if the name of the file is for example test---ciao.ok prova hi. yahoo.avi
the thumb not appair...

there is a "trick" for insert a limitation in the name of the file for the upload??

It is preferred that your uploaded video file have no spaces or special characters in the name, so instead of

ciao.ok prova hi. yahoo.avi

you would want

ciaookprovahiyahoo.avi
