Handling Advertissment

Hi everybody, i would like to know how i can handle the advetisments, where i must go to ad or delete new ones

There are some default ad placement positions in the Advertising section of the admin control panel. I prefer to just insert them myself by editing the tpl file for where I want the ad to appear.
