Right now I have other tube clone working w/out a problem so I know that ffmpeg is working. My paths are a bit different because I'm using export commands. So if I pay you for installation will you be able to get it to work?

I'm not sure what you mean when you say you are using export commands for ffmpeg. Installing vshare is very simple and straight forward, but you will be prompted to enter the path to ffmpeg and mencoder. Your host should be able to provide you with this information. They probably even have it listed somewhere in their knowledge base.
