How do I install a template?

I bought a template from http://www.webgeek-design.com now can someone tell me how to install it? I'm too broke to buy the installation.

Upload all files in binary mode in to the template folder. Also upload CSS files in CSS folder

FYI: Just so y'all know, the instructions for installing the skins are on the same page that the skin is on plus the OP contacted me and I re-sent the instructions. Customer Service is my top priority!

Installing skins is a snap. 1) Make complete back-up of original files. 2) Upload and overwrite the new files (you get from me). That's all there is to it. :D Takes less than 5 minutes. Doesn't matter if it's ascii or binary.
