TYPING ERRORS CORRECTED:-

1. My vshare 2.6 installation allows under 13s to register. I'd like to stop this and allow only those whose birthday is verified by vshare that they are over 13.
2. I need a user's profile to show their membership level i.e if platinum, gold, silver, etc.
3. I want to be able to upgrade members from one membership level to another without the requirement to pay. I want to reward active members by giving them 'titles'.
4. Also I need people to agree to Terms & Conditions BEFORE they can signup.
