upload won't work

I can't seem to upload any videos to my site from my pc. It takes for every to load after I click upload. Then after a while it goes back to the Video Upload (Step 1 of 2) page again without uploading the video. The video format in .flv file.

Does anyone know how to make this work?

Could be your server running slow, you on shared hosting?

also, please search the forums for this, here's what I came up with which may or may not help, but please do a forum search and ask again in the Installation Support section if you don't find your answer by searching the forums

When the time of uploading video ,this error happend.

Fatal error: Class 'ffmpeg_movie' not found in /home/.westmont/snoodlers/snood/include/classes/class.video_duration.php on line 54

It seems ffmpeg-php is not working properly on your server.
