Well i keep getting this error when i upload my videos.. the videos are showing up in the video folder

Ive also noticed that all the converting errors are from .mp4 files

but i keep getting a error at the end of the converting process

" Return value: libavformat file format detected."

i try to re-convert it but it keeps doing the Exact same thing

getting annoying now too lol
