No thumbnail of videos

I have been operating this site for almost two year without any problem as such. Suddenly, three days ago,all videos that were uploade to it did not have thumbnail and i have tried to reconvert them to no avail. Instead of the thumbnail, it comes aout a awhite square box with a red star. I have looked on the forum and i have not found help. Please, any assistance would be appreciated.

In admin area, All video > click any video, on next page, click Create Thumb.

Copy the result here. Also try changing method of thumbnail creation from admin area.

Miscellaneous Settings > Create Thumbnail with

Once you changed option, try create thumbnail again.

Did everthing and still doesn't work. Only youtube has this problems. Videos that i uploaded from other sites are ok.

Admin, any solution to this problem. All other sites' videos are ok, only the ones i downloaded from youtube give this problem.
