    If you are unable to get the site back up on your own and would like someone to help you or do it for you, your answer would likely be yes. If you were told to reupload your site to get it working again, that is what you will need to do. If you are unable to do that, then you can have someone (such as us) professionally get you back up and running. Plain and simple.

    I told you to reupload all your files besides the config file and install directory because your site had tons of 404 errors. If that would not have worked the issue would have been your path was wrong
    Your issue is very basic and if it cant get resolved by yourself i would highly suggest that you hire a professional to fix this problem.
    The entire issue boils down to a poor install and that is why some people offer a cheap install service

    Then one of your path is wrong
    include/config.php

    Code:
    $config['basedir']        =  "/here/hej8tr7d/public_html";
    make sure this path is correct

    Actually, your problem is due to an improper configuration with your .htaccess file. I get a 403 Forbidden when I try to access your images which would suggest that you have a deny on images in your template/images directory. I see that you are using cPanel. Did you, by any chance, enable the Image Hotlinking Protection feature from within cPanel? If so, that is what is causing the problem.
