upgraded server to litespeed now video conversion error

i upgraded litespeed from apache since my server was crashing a lot :( now i see my videos are not converting :(

This command is not able to convert video to flv format. If you have ssh access, try running it in command prompt. If not ask the host to verify.

That is output for thumbnail creation command, run command to convert video to flv format through php script.
