V2.7 no thumbmails with embed code

Hello
I have installed V2.7 all is ok if i upload a video as an user i have a thumbnail created.
But each time that i try to use the admin function "add flv embed "i have no thumbnail created.
It is also not possible to create a thumnail by editing the video. i have only" edit and delet options " for the videos added by that way.
For videos donwloaded i can creat a new thumb.

For your information i have all the server requirements and i use other videos scripts that working well.

ps : i have found probably the error it is in the path/
Uploaded videos with the user login vshare have thumbnail in the folder: thumb/4ca4238a0b/
Embed videos by administrator on the main page have the path :/thumb/1_21.jpg (and 1_21.jpg not created and not in the folder)

So for me it is a bug of the script with the path

All the problems for me are with the admin function i have tried 5 installs and always the same probs

As you can see no answer from the support about that. We are not only both with the prob, i saw a question about that in the pre sale section,

oops no answer so i suppose it is too hard for the support and it is a reel bug too bad i ll not use vshare anymore

I too am having an issue with uploaded thumbnails on imbedded video.
Only user vshare will this particular feature work, please help resolve as is imperative.

UPDATE: A workaround for this issue with uploaded thumbnails is as follows.
On thumbnail page of Youtube, right click and copy url of the thumbnail for video wishing to imbed.
On imbed code tab of new video add in control panel, paste the url for thumbnail in the url box there.
Would like to locally host the thumbnails however, if fixed please advise.
