new 2.7 zend error?

When anyone clicks to register I get this

Fatal error: Zend_Json::require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'Zend/Json/Encoder.php'

I dont have a clue where to go from here

Any Ideas? I know Zend is installed. Im not sure what is cause this error :(:confused:

Its simply not there.

check the location of Zend/Json/Encoder.php, and make sure its been uploaded

lol yea its not there. Theres no foldered Named Json
I looked at the original zip I bought and theres no Json folder there either. Theres a Json.php.....

So not even the Admin will reply?...
The code that gives the error is /include/Zend/Json.php on line 98
and line 98 says

        require_once 'Zend/Json/Encoder.php';

I looked at the files and there is no Encoder.php. I looked at the original Zip file I BOUGHT and there is no Encoder.php...
If there is no good explanation for this I will demand my money back. Since no one can even register on my site.

*Edit* its not just that file Encoder.php the whole Folder Json is missing from the script I bought...
