Keep getting logged out of admin area

I don't see anyone else having this problem, so is probably something in my setup, but this never happened before the 2.7 update.

Whenever I'm in the admin area working on bulk imports, or using the import folder, it seems that I set up a process (ie., the fill out form that you use to provide the info for your chosen file from the import folder), I go to hit "send" or whatever on the form, and I get the login screen and a message that I'm not logged in.

Anyone have a clue where I can look for the answer to this?

I'm running suhosin and suphp, but have tried complining with and without it, Compiling apache without didn't resolve it.

Very maddening. Doesn't happen in any other software or clone site I have online.
