help please

hi i installed the upload bar (followed all instructions plus checked .htaccess its fine) and now i get this error what do i do?

ERROR: Failed to find flength file

after i get this error then it goes to page

Not Found

The requested URL /cgi-bin/ubr_upload.pl was not found on this server.
Apache/2.0.52 (CentOS) Server at social.zclub.asia Port 80

PPlease help the rest of the of my site is fine and works well when i remove the the upload bar

Check cgi-bin/ubr_upload.pl already there.

Set the permission to 755.

Please make sure the temp path in ubr_upload.pl is correct.

Also follow the install instructions carefully.
