Additionally, when user clicks the adult video to watch. the ads shown are different (not from Google adsense) because Google does not allow its ads to be shown on adult content.
This would be fantastic. I myself and many, many others would have a lot of use for this. www.Katz.cd does this very well. They have a section for porn and a section for downloads. Their downloads are googleadsense and obviously the porn page, black label or the like.

Having said that, this might be a bit challenging to change for each video, but at the bare minimum to be able to change the ads per channel or the like, would be great.
