encoding for arabic language :(

Hi

I have problem with the arabic language encoding using IE7

every thing is working now after changing the to utf-8
except that when uploading :( ... the title , description and every thing cannot be arabic ... but when I edit these information from admin it change succesfully ... so I think the problem is with upload.php

I am very happy :D

After I re-install the script with the latest version and using utf-8 in the meta tag on the html header .. every thing become pretty good ... there was no need to convert the database charset .. only the html
