    Do you have cache enabled ? If yes, it take some time for videos to show im home page.

    why do i have to refresh the page for the videos to play

    vshare_2.8_beta_1.zip files download again,copy index.php and video.php to your vshare folder or contact http://[email protected] with your ftp details
