Can't view videos without joining

I don't want people to have to join my site to view the videos. No matter what I try I can't seem to make that work. If enable user signups it takes them to the signup page. If I disable user signups it says, "the admin has disabled signups"

I have uploaded all videos as public. Can someone please help me

Nervermind .... I found the answer.

Just set the guest limit to 0 in system settings
