I think that is for the video side single that seems to insert itself between the videos (where normally the Now Playing video is) on the video display page.

I found the top and bottom can be upto 728x90 and can be divided. You have a full html place to insert any code. The home page side can be upto 160x600 if you have the space to use up. I am using a 125x125 square and it is small for the space. 160by xxx is better.

I hope the programmers give a better place in the video window to put an advert. Seems there is a large space on the right below the now playing to insert it. I would rather it there than the tiny postage stamp allowed now. It looks like it can do a nice 336x280 or larger.
