Video Scan / Forward.. .

Hello,

I have just noticed today that some of my videos will allow you to scroll through (fast forward) to other parts of the video, as it should be like this one: http://www.gaiagonewild.com/view/48/w-w ... 22nd-2007/

However some other videos will not allow you to fastforward. At all.. such as this video: http://www.gaiagonewild.com/view/32/iss ... net-earth/

I don't remember it being this way yesterday?

Anybody know why this is going on?

Has anyone solved this problem. I have having this same problem but cannot find a answer. Can someone please point me in the right direction.
