Thumbnail problem

The video works fine but the image does not appear. I get a black display with some faint text in the background.

PS:
1) I am saving the image to my computer as a jpg
2) I have tried different "Create Thumbnail With" settings.
3) If I select any video in my admin section, I do not have a link to "up date thumbnail".

Wow, I am not sure what happen to the beginning of my message above.

What I was saying in the message above is that my thumbnail image is not showing up when I try to Add FLV/Embed video from YouTube.

The video works fine but the thumbnail, which I have saved and attempt to upload from my computer, displays nothing but a black box with some faint text in the background.

I have tried different settings in the “Create Thumbnail With” option.

The other thing that I am thinking might be wrong; is that if I choose a video that has been uploaded to my site, I have no link to update the thumbnail image. Isn’t there suppose to be one?

And, if I embed a video, and want to add a thumbnail later or change the thumbnail, there is no way to do that without uploading the video all over again, from scratch.

Maybe I should mention that I am using the YouTube template and the boys at Vshare set it up for me.
