missing "f's"

When I post a video my video description and video tags are missing the letter F. If I type a word like frog, it shows up as rog...or funny becomes unny. Can anyone help me here?

Yes go to the update link of the last release download it, then reupload the upload.tpls and upload.php and username(something.tpl) if youre not sure i already posted about this check my previous posts.
