uploading problem with the TITLE Tag

after updating the new version, when I try to upload some file, it always says me please add title of more then 4 characters, I mean even if I have given a valid title also.

uploaded the upload.php as well as the tpl file but still the same problem here is the error...

hey now a new problem, whenever I try to upload after the video gets uploaded it returns to the first part uploading page, and the video do not reflect at the homepage

I mean videos are reallly not getting uploaded
Please admin try to find this out, please try to upload a small video and check, its not getting uploaded I really do not understand the problem

Did you upload the files mentioned in binary mode?

Yeah i always upload these PHP files in binary mode only

Ive seen this problem before, just cant remember the fix, its not something wrong in your config.php?

finally got it working, uploaded the Upload_success files also and now its working
