invalid video format

When trying to upload videos it keeps giving me this error....
Tryed many things from this forum, the htacces, and other stuff, and nothing....
It keeps giving me this error....
Plz, help me because in one day already found 2 errors on this script......

3gp,mp4,mpg,mpeg,mov,asf,flv,avi,wmv,rm,dat

maybe more...depends on your installation of mencoder or ffmpeg
