Public not able to view my video

I have everything installed and everything seems to be working, but people have to register to view the video, even though I have "public" selected and I have approved the video on the admin panel.

What do I need to do to make this so everyone can view the video?

In admin make sure guest limit is set to a high value.

Thank you. I changed it to 5000 and it seems to be working now. I had it at five. I thought that this was for how many people could sign up and I am still working on my script. What number would you recomend?
