Need Help with Template Edit

I cant see where to edit my template. I want to remove or reward the "Please help keep this site FUN, CLEAN, and REAL.
Flag this video: Feature This! Inappropriate" section. How do I do this?

open it with a text or html editor.....notepad would work...then just seach for the text you want to remove.
