which ftp programm are you using.
You need to go to your settings and find upload binary (not ASCI)

I have successfully installed. But i have few errors. Plz help me.

When i import videos from youtube, i am able to import only small videos less than 2 mins duration. when i import videos more than 3 mins duration from you tube, the page cannot be displayed.

kindly help me.

And the upload progress bar is also not working. I have changed the settings to 1 in upload.php still its not working.

Plz help me

If big video is not getting converted, problem may be in php settings or your server have some resource limits.

What is the site url ?

Provide a test user account, so i can check why your progress bar is not working.
