video issues on my site

I had issues after trying that newly released update. I was not able to get the update to work plus then i had problems viewing video's after the update. I spoke with admin about it and they seemed to thing my video is working fine but no matter what new video's upload they aren't displaying or even playing.

Here for example is a video I just uploaded in .flv format. I've noticed that just by scanning the debug that it doesn't have the new video's in there that I have been testing with. Here is the information that admin wanted me to post since i'm still having issues.

Ok so I did exact as you said. I deleted contents of debug.

Uploaded several video's afterwards.

Here is what debug says copied directly from my cpanel.

what does it mean when debug is empty even when I've enabled debug mode in the admin panel.

I've also had my programmer install the upgrade 2.3. most if its working but video still having issues. I also was reading another forum and they said to have my host turn of PHP Safe Mode so I did that and supposedly they did that for me but it didn't make a difference.
