Blank Pictures !!

Site Settings > Miscellaneous > Create Thumbnail with

You have 3 options, select a different option and select the video = > click create thumbnail.

thanks for the reply i have try the 3 options and every time i refresh the website the site still have blank thumbnails for the video please tell me what can i do ? thanks you
