in my script video search only works if i names any clip in english and not searching for arabic clips in when i search for some clip names in arabic writting i got NO VIDEO FOUND

i bought vshare 2.7 and installated by paid servic not upgraded from 2.6

my server admin check for me and email me this

but still i have same problem i can not log in...

today i tried to upload a file from my pc it took me 40 mins to upload file with 15 mega!! is it normal

and after the upload done shows to me warning page then turn to file is done...
