If the upload progress bar is enabled, it will finish uploading, but the progress bar and everything related to it will continually reset. Despite this, the video finished uploading, but it does NOT...

I'm also experiencing this problem. It seems to upload a few KB very quickly and then it resets back to zero, maybe every two seconds. I've got the upload bar enabled, if that makes any difference.
