I found this watermark is no longer working on my site, it stopped working about 7 days ago, I upgraded to 2.6 over a month ago so that can't be the problem. Here's the code that I use that no longer...
I've just created a new logo and will be looking into the css to change the colours as soon as I have time. I've also edited the video.tpl to include music info and buy links, something I've only...
I vote for this too and will contribute for deployment.
In index.tpl, find
<td width="25%" onmouseout=
Replace with
<td width="25%" align="center" onmouseout=
OK I fixed my own problem, in view_video.tpl I changed:
{if $video_info.embed eq "enabled"}
To
{if $embed_show eq "1"}
Worked for me anyway..
I cant turn off the embedding option, If I either enable/disable in admin it always shows up on the view page.
EDIT: It appears that the admin panel is correcting the database to turn on and off...
This bug is fixed.
Excellent, thanks but which is fixed, the allignment or the search and where do I d/l the fix?
Well I started in September, I capture all my own videos on a daily basis and upload via ftp on average between 25-50 videos a day and use the import folder option, this takes about 3-4 hours a day...
So for the last 5 years I've been running "What's That Called?" which has been about music used in TV ads. With vshare I've been able to expand on this by embedding videos from boxspots. Now... I do...
I like the idea of a 3rd party forum integration...
Yes I did this for a forum that I run. I use invision so the code went something like this:
<object width="425" height="350" type="application/x-shockwave-flash"...
Apart from the search problems I've previously mentioned, if you have chosen to display 10 recently viewed videos, the second row titles are left aligned and not centered.
Prior to 2.6 I had videos with the title "B&Q" and "M&S" obviously the ampersand is a problem when searching but this could be worked around by replacing the ampersand with an underscore. With 2.6...
Multi server support... fantastic, that's really going to save me money I don't have to get another dedicted host now.
Ok np I quite like it in the middle now though .. got used to it.
Sorry for being a dummy but how do I go about reconverting the videos? I dont have them in the process queue anymore and I've been...
This works great Leki, Thanks. I really think this should be incorporated into the next release.
Is there a way to apply the watermark to videos already converted? I'm up to nearly 2000 vids so it...
Thanks Leki, I'll implement that asap.
I've only just noticed that with this feature on realplayer that you can download the video with any vshare site removing the watermark. Does anybody know how to stop this happening as video leeching...
I tried re-uploading but it didn't work, utimately ended up messing it up completely "mea culpa".... bought vshare again as I didn't have the original email and started over again... it works now .....
Thanks for the reply grynmoors, I dont think it is anything to do with IE7 as Firefox wont display this submenu either, I can only think of re-uploading the correct files .. you wouldn't happen to...
Rather than start a new topic this seem to be to most appropriate place to ask:
If I click on Flag This Video I get no popup and once I click on it I get an error on page in the bottom left in IE7...
correct url = here .. the filename was just not in the right order.
BTW thanks buyscripts for solving the
I'm not good with coding and that was all I needed to know :)
I couldn't get your site to load but if the logo is on the far left and the recent tags are on the far right then admin is aware on this and we're awaiting a fix very soon.
Thanks Admin, much appreciated :wink:
It's fine on 1024x768 but I run at 1920x1200 so the recent tags are far right and the site logo is far left.
