Can i delete videos in the Video file

I would like to know if i can delete the videos in video file because i think that they are the same as tose in the flvideo file thanx

You can, but you shouldn't if you have downloads enabled or ever plan to. If you enable downloading and someone clicks the button to download a video, the file they get comes from that folder.

Yea I ran out of space the other day and i just deleted them ALL...that folder seriously kills your space....if you are not having downloads enabled I would suggest getting rid of the contents of that folder...not the folder itselt though :) :D
