buyscripts: this is UNFAIR!!!!

i have to worst experience ever using this buyscripts. i bought ffmep 10 package and paid $10.00 (# 11060) and admin set up my account only to send me emails that I didn't pay. Besides my emails and copy of confirmation emails I resent to the admin, he still shut me down arguying that I didn't while i provided him the reciept he sent me, the paypal confirmation and a copy of his own email telling me that he recieved payment and update my account. I really pissed that i have lost all my work and my money that I may never get back and a service that i paid for for nothing. I called even the admin in India, nothing,nothing, he doesn't even want to let me talk, his answer is simple: you didn't pay!!!! My account has been debited, paypal showed payment, i have recieved a confirmation email from buyscripts and and even a PDF reciept sent to me by BUYSCRIPTS!!!! THIS IS UNFAIR, God knows I paid and you're just ripping me off!
