problems with uploader

Hi I have just installed the script and everythign looks ok when i test the uploaded as a user trying to upload a movie it strted working fine then got this error message - if anyone could help be great!



ERROR: Unable to execute query

SELECT * FROM `config` WHERE `config_name`='enable_flvtool' MySQL server has gone away

Increase mysql wait_timeout value if it is too small.

Hi I have purchased your software and installed on my server - and get a

This is due to non standard perl installation. If you have cpanel or plesk server it will work. Do a search, another user had the problem. It was because his web host have installed nginx web server in front of apache.

What control panel you have ?

If it won't work, you can disable upload progress bar by editing include/settings/upload.php

Also can you tell where the logo goes i want to extend the lenth as my logo is longer than the space and the software chops off half my logo

Reupload latest class.video.php and class.user.php.

As for logo size changed, you need to edit style.css

Change width and height as needed.

I have this problem to. But on the server install by instruction. I disable perl uploader but upload did not work. What can i do ? Nginx install but hi not listen my site. I disabled nginx on the time try find problem, but still not work.
