an error after submitted "create new group"!

I just found a bug after I've created a new group. after submitted, there was an error shows:

ERROR: Unable to execute query

insert group_vdo set
GID=1,
VID=8,
MID=3,
approved='yes'


Duplicate entry '1-8' for key 2

What was that? Any solution for the bug?

was the group added ok though and was you doing a refresh?.... i had a similar error using IE and clicking back and refreshing when adding things to groups.

This is caused by refreshing, we will check and have a bug fix on next release.

the group was perfectly added. i didn't refresh the page. i was pressing the submit button and after that just appeared the error that I've mentioned above. i am using firefox.
